The interior of the property

Inside the property we fully redecorated every room; all walls, ceilings, woodwork and cornicing.

Upstairs we replaced all of the carpets, both bathrooms, had built in wardrobes made and converted a walk-in wardrobe into a family bathroom.

Structurally downstairs, we converted the snooker room into the kitchen, the kitchen into a games room, made a double doorway between the dining and drawing rooms and replaced the cloakroom.

In addition we sanded and refurbished the original parquet flooring, replaced the flooring in the games room, larder and kitchen and revealed original ceiling heights in many rooms.

Work done to the exterior of the property.

New guttering, the whole house was painted, all window frames were sanded, filled and painted and new bifold doors were installed in the kitchen.

The flower beds around the lawn were removed and turf was put in its place, new garden lighting was installed, the drive was widened and extended, the terrace was extended and a pool was built.

New gates were installed and the gates posts were widened and set back further to create better access.
