This flat ​was made up of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room on the ground floor and on the basement level there was an additional reception/study area, a utility room, and a bedroom with an en suite. 

A wrap around rear extension was carried out to create an open plan kitchen and living space at the back of the property. A new bathroom was installed in the place of the old kitchen and a bedroom in the place of the previous sitting room. In the basement a small landing was created the bottom of the stairs to provide the possibility to add a third bedroom to replace the second reception/study area.
