This was an unmodernised 1 bedroom flat with a small kitchen at the rear of the property, and a sitting room at the front. 

The work that was carried out here was a wrap around rear extension, renovation and restructure of the whole property. A new kitchen and bathroom were installed, the garden was renovated, an additional bedroom was created and the basement was tanked and renovated to create extra usable space.
