This was an unmodernised 1bedroom flat with a small eat in kitchen at the rear of the property, and a sitting room at the front. 

The work that was carried out here was a wrap around rear extension, renovation and restructure of the whole property. A new kitchen and bathroom were installed, the garden was renovated, an additional bedroom was created and the basement was tanked and renovated to create an extra space.
