This was an unmodernised one bed flat with a small kitchen, which had the only access to the garden. 

The more major work that was carried out here was to create double doors out to the garden providing access via the sitting room. Additionally, the kitchen was moved into the sitting room to create and open plan living space and a second bedroom was made in the place of the old kitchen. 

After this the whole flat was renovated, including a new bathroom, new flooring throughout and landscaping of the garden.
