This was a 3 bedroom flat spread across the first and second floor. 

Extensive works were carried out to create 3 separate flats. The first floor was turned into a 2 bedroom flat with an open plan kitchen and sitting room and a roof terrace. The second floor flat is much the same footprint of the flat below, but has a shared roof terrace. The loft space was developed to create a one bedroom flat with an open plan kitchen and sitting room and sharing the roof terrace with flat 2. Creating three separate properties in the place of one also required new gas, water and electric supplies to be installed.
